We @ Jubril3 | J3 are make exchanging items simple. Try on your purchase in the comfort of your own home without queues and let us know straight away if you need a different size or if the style is just not right for you.
Send your purchase back to us with all Jubril3 and designer tags still attached within 14 days of receipt to receive an exchange or a full refund.
Use your Jubril3 | J3 Customer Account to let us know that you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange sizes, there will be an option to do so and if you’d like to receive a refund, just let us know.
Refunds can take up to ten days to be credited to your account so please keep that in mind.
We will provide you with a shipping address to which your items should be returned.
If you’re looking to exchange, we will send your new item out promptly after receiving your previous purchase undamaged and with all tags attached.
Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear and with the protective adhesive still in tact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these items if the hygiene seal has been removed.
We don’t accept worn earrings or worn caps as returns so keep your jewellery and caps in its packaging if you want to be sure to receive a refund or a store credit.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Jubril3 as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
